What exercise does: These particularly emphasize the lower abs.

Implementation:
(A)
Hold onto a pull up bar and hang at arm's length.
(B)
Having your legs fairly straight, bring them as high as you can, keep them there for a moment, then lower them slowly back to the starting point of this exercise. Having your legs straight adds to the difficulty of this exercise,  it adds more resistance.
